Ironton Wizardfest: A Fall Event That You Won’t Want to Miss

If you or someone in your family is a fan of the Harry Potter franchise then hop in your vehicle, cross the bridge, and drive six miles northwest along the Ohio River to the town of Ironton the weekend of Nov. 13-14 for the Ironton Wizardfest.

Ironton Wizardfest is a Harry Potter fan convention that is open to people of all ages and offers activities such as House Sorting, Cosplay Contests, a Wizard’s Ball, the famous Wizardfest ButterBrew, and much more.

Younger children will stay entertained thanks to exhibits like an exotic animal petting zoo, Reptile and Creepy Creatures shows, giant LEGO displays, and crafts. Adults can visit the coffee roasting broom-making, blacksmith forging, and glass-blowing demonstrations.

The Family Bundle ticket package costs $85 and covers admission for four people on both Saturday and Sunday along with four ButterBrew tickets. Children under 5 years of age receive free admission to WizardFest. A Weekend Pass costs $20, while Saturday tickets go for $15 and Sunday tickets are currently offered at $10. More ticketing and festival info can be found at the event’s website here.

We here at Don Hall SuperCenter hope to see you at Ironton Wizardfest this fall. And don’t forget to contact us to schedule your vehicle’s seasonal service appointment, if you haven’t done so already.
